Carolyn Wheeler - Project Director
Carolyn Bardwell Wheeler has a master's degree in special education and more than twenty five years
experience in working with persons with disabilities and their families. As a legal guardian for several
individuals with mental retardation for more than twenty years, she has had to address these issues
as well on a personal basis. Carolyn is currently the Project Director for Hope for Tomorrow.
